Summary: This research project, supervised by Prof. Dr. Mario Gerlero and recognized at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBACYT), focuses on analyzing the impact of inclusive legislation and the actions of the LGTBQ Collective on political and legal recognition dynamics. The research is based on the idea that inclusive legislation and the actions of the Collective, combined with the use of social networks, play a crucial role in driving change in political and legal dynamics. The challenge is to study and build upon the results obtained from previous projects, which demonstrated significant legal transformation but limited socio-cultural change in administrative management. The focus of legislative changes is on the effectiveness and efficiency of institutions that are guided by human rights principles. Additionally, the research aims to address impediments in implementing reparative policies, such as the presence of gender and sexuality considerations in legal institutions that validate administrative decisions and actions that restrict the effectiveness of inclusive initiatives. It is crucial to analyze the dynamics and potential of the LGTBQ Collective in terms of participation, practices, and reformulation of methods and objectives, and to engage in new discussions on current social situations that are crucial for maintaining a careful watch on formal changes in legal institutions.
